<div dir="auto">Sorry I have been to busy with other matters to cover a lot of stuff a quick scan i also noticed that there was a $20k allotment for balcony aircon units. It's my understanding there is only one of these that has been put in with permission and it was made the owners responsibility to add/remove it if needed. Matt has pointed out some other issues. I have noticed some as well. Specifically with Option 1 and the price of scaffold/prep is just nonsense. <br />
