Each of the sets of doors is not sitting in the warped frames correctly and the tracks are not supporting the doors.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>Henri, from Metro Doors, has twice been out to my home and each time he has not been able to make any changes to eliminate the problems. As I mentioned in my June 18, 2024 email (below) the frames, tracks and doors must be replaced. This is supported by several contractors who visited my home and made their assessment (see email Nov23, 2023).<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>In the living room, even though extra wheels were put on the sliding doors by Henri, it is still extremely difficult to open and close them. The heavy doors, when they are slowly being opened or closed often come off the track and then it takes two people to lift them up and put them back up on the track. As the frames are warped, when trying to close and lock the doors, they do not slide into the frame lock.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>In my kitchen, the same problem occurs. The sliding door is not aligned with the frame.
