Up and Down access who we typically use were more then double this cost. So Yes Greg found a great deal. I think given the better price as long as the work quality is good we could conduct the work more often going forward. <br />

The BMC have agreed on the best quote for cleaning unaccessible glass. Greg will advise when it's likely to begin. The total was around $2k with the certification needed. Greg managed to find a significant saving through a different supplier. <br />
