The engineers have returned from the break and have sent the attached pricing schedule for approval. Given the value, I am seeking directions from the EC before approving it for the BMC.<br>
I have also asked Greg to get a quote for the flood testing from our plumber as I'm sure they have been done previously for way less than $2k. So I will report back regarding that.<br>
