That’s an interesting point regarding landlord insurance. I was thinking of the buildings policy. I had a cursory look throughone kf my landlord insurance policy and could see no mention of damage to common property or property outside that owned by the landlord. I guess the policy I have might be different to others. Not sure if we have any regress toward the owner there. Perhaps Sarah can comment. It’s an interesting point. <br />
