Hi All,
We have received the following costing for replacing the tubes in the car park with sensor tubes.

--
JR Turks have advised that they can only supply Osram Ledvance sensor tubes. Minimum order is by carton and each carton comes with 25 tubes. Our cost to supply and install the tubes based upon the assumption that no re-wiring is required to the existing fittings
would be $3875.00.

Can we also recommend that the existing external driveway lights be replaced with new LED W/P fittings with inbuilt sensors, as the existing lights are in a poor condition. Our cost to do these works would be $1390.00

--
I have been in these sorts of carparks before they do seem very dark. Please keep in mind that some people will become nervous walking around the car park as the light sort of light up as you get close to them. I know each lobby for example has sensor lights.
As far as im aware every single one except mine (level 3) has been disabled because of residents complaints about safty. I would hate to shell out $4k and have people want it reversed. Perhaps an AGM question so to get a consensus ?
