I may have misunderstood your email. Are you seeking agreement from the committee to pay Natalie $290 + GST * 4.5 ~= $1435 (approx.) or are you requesting the owners who are being assisted with the council need to pay?<br />

Also, regarding your message to Darren, I suggest the appropriate person to communicate with owners via email would be Sara as she has a current list and facilitates emailing to all owners. If you would like a notice under the door, then I think Darren would be the appropriate person to do that task.<br />
