      is the people wanting the decrease are the ones very ones
      benefiting from it.  It's a no from me. But by all means raise it
      a the AGM agenda  and vote.  <br>

        that we reduce the cage rate to $30 per month i.e. $360 per year
        for anyone who wants a cage.</div>

          I would not  be in favour of reducing  revenue at the moment
          in the current climate and state of the budget. I’m fairly
          sure $180 per year is trivial to most building occupants. Also
          given that all EC members are cage renters it may appear like
          a conflict of interest to some.
