<p> I dont want to talk for Arnold but I think the only issue
stopping him moving is organizing an EGM for the commercial strata
as I did for the residential strata. It's quite a bit of work and
I guess he has not had the chance to do it. <br>

<p>Yes I agree Arnold should be fine with the colours. Im happy for
you and Paul to decided them. I dont have much talent when it
comes to interior design. <br>

I understand so far that Arnold wants to switch to Ascend however
he still has issues with STM which have to be corrected by them
before he can make the commercial move to Ascend. If I'm wrong
please let me know.
