We are all aware that ironwork is exposed and there is a reasonable assumption that we might have some concrete cancer. I also understand that there is still water ingress into certain parts of the building every time we get heavy rain, I had been unaware of this until recently.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Can it be ascertained when the hydraulic system to slam shut the balcony doors on the north side, can be removed. I am unsure if this is a cost issue or waiting for a permit issue, but it needs addressing.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Another owner has asked that I raise the prospect of quarterly committee meetings with outcomes emailed or available to all owners. Seems a reasonable and practical request.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Notification from management on any building works, apparently recent fire damper replacement with attendant noise with no warning was alarming to one resident.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Can a meeting be arranged with the owner of the commercial entity, to discuss mutually agreeable update of presentation of William street lobby, basically a paint job. The common areas in general are shoddy but the ground level is desperately needing a facelift. If nothing else , to begin to restore the reputation and status of this building.</p><p class="MsoNormal">The building could be described as a` hidden gem’ if we can get it back on track.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">I would delay any formal contract with PP Flowers until Craig is back to discuss because I wonder if they have performed to his expectation. Craig has excellent taste and might want a word with them.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">I would also like to add `any other business’ to the agenda to give anyone the opportunity
