Hi All,

Outside lights: I have not had a chance to look at the outside
lights as yet. I will have a look at the tomorrow. I broke my
glasses and have been in a sorry state over the weekend not
being able to read anything.

Gigacom: As per my previous happy to go with the consensus.
Their paperwork does not serve land access so they are not
forcing us to do anything at this point. Why not just ignore it
for now. Unless someone wants it.

Financials: I think they looked like a standard P&: type
sheet. It made sense to me but as it needs to be read in
conjunction with the P&L from the BMC I dont have that So I
cant tell the true state of the accounts. What Matt Sent looks
bad. (On it's own)

Flowers: We get billed monthly so in my mind it's like a lot
of little expenses. Under the $2k limit so in my mind i think
the EC would be ok to authorize it at an EC meeting or a
schedule 2 meeting. My original feelings have not changed in
that I doubt STM would pay the bills so we might need to wait
for Ascend to get control of the bank accounts before we tell
them to go ahead. As for what we do in the meantime the
building has not had flowers for 16 or so years. I doubt another
month will kill anyone. Once Ascend have the books we can have
an EC meeting. Sarah can do the agenda and we can approve it. I
think we all agree and are grateful for Craigs help in finding a
forest. I think it works out as less then $100 P/A for most
apartments.
