I have just spoken to Brett from Newlife and he's advised that he probably won't need access to your apartments again because he has already taken measurements. I will give you plenty of notice if that changes

 Yes they will require access to some apartments. Greg has the schedule and will be coordinating with those owners to arrange access over the coming weeks.

Follows is the schedule for cladding work from NewLife. Note times might vary with weather, etc.

  *   Monday 26/5/25
Go to site, site measure and make templates of the Entry Portal Cladding
  *   Wednesday 4/6/25 - 12/6/25
Remove and replace entry portal.
  *   13/6/25 -16/6/25
We will require access to measure all nine levels to site check the sizes, radius and assess any previous water ingress.
  *   23/6/25-24/6/25
Start removal Installation of high-level cladding. This will take approx. 2 days per level.
  *   26/6/25 - 4/7/25
Complete recladding to 200 WIlliam (eastern facade)
  *   7/6/215 - 24/7/25.
Complete high-level cladding to western high-level facade.
