Hello, Greg,

I have spoken with the Sydney City Councill today and informed him if the upcoming facade works to be completed by New Life Building.   The contact is Mr Marko Konjevic who is the Senior Building Surveyor for Health and Building, he was accommodating and indicates to be very compatible to work with.

He was informed that we are now underway and working on the process of design, supply, footpath procedures regarding permits and installation. Mr Konjevic will send me contact details and documentation within the Council to get underway, we are not required to gain a CDC and will keep him well informed which he was pleased about.

We will send him a sample with a photograph against the existing cladding.


My goal is to get the engineering and permits approved with a start date mid-May, the works will take approximately 6-8 weeks to install once everything is in place.  We are working with our contractors and suppliers to formulate a programme.


A preliminary construction programme will be created subject to design and approvals.
