Hi Paul,
Sure once/if It's approved the building manager would manage the work. My message was just to let everyone know that Sarah has told the BMC and given the BMC the details. I have voted in favour on behalf of the residential strata and given Arnold a background on why we chose newlife. Arnold has since come back and ask for copys of all the other quotes which Sarah will provide. Your a bit ahead of the management but yes your correct Greg would manage that with Sarah once/if we get to that point.
