[200WILLIAM-EC SP67851] Next committee meeting

Hi All,

We need to provide 14 days' notice for the AGM now, along with 7 days clear notice for postage, this was introduced in the updated Act only last year.

We would need to have the AGM the week of the 19th May, to comply with the notice requirements. I can do any night that week expect for Wednesday (and we do not convene meetings on Friday evenings or weekends).

If the committee can please let me know their preference, I have also received a request from John B to hold the meeting at the building to assist him with attending the meeting.
