Good morning Sarah,

 

As you are aware, I was overseas for a couple of months. Would you kindly
provide some information regarding the upcoming repairs to the Marquis
Apartments as I haven't seen an email about this.:

 

1.	Is there a date Sydney Council has told us we must have the present
cladding taken out and new cladding put in? If so, have contractors been
asked to provide their quotes yet?
2.	It was good to hear that at the same time as the cladding is being
replaced, we'll have the repairs made to the rust/concrete areas and we'll
only have the scaffolding up once for all these repairs.
