Darren said he heard the noise before and said it sounded like perhaps a washing machine .

I live above and don’t hear anything that is not the normal sounds of apartment living. There are no building mechanical services around that level.

Is it all the time that is all day and night and is it every day or some days. How long it last. Can a recording be made. We need to gather some info to see if we can track it down it’s likely an apartment on level 3 or 1.
