Greg, You need to talk to your IT people and get DMARC correctly operating on your domain and mail server if you want to email google and hotmail.   Please dont email the list until you do as it causes me to have to go in and manually unblock and gmail or hotmail accounts.  You should be able to test it by emailing a gmail account yourself directly and seeing a bounce.   I believe people that have. not responded are Matt(g)  and John.

For anyone that missed it here is the text in Greg's email -- Regarding fixing the glass.
