[200WILLIAM-EC SP67851] Unit 207 - Balcony sliding doors- Cracked glass

Dear Committee Members

The owner of unit 207 reported that the glass had cracked on 2 of the balconies sliding doors.

I have inspected and have found a small crack on 2 glass panels

The glass will need to be replaced

I have obtained quotes from 2 contractors and they have both allowed to use the same 6.38mm clear laminated safety glass


  1.
Magic Glass - $2,360 + GST

Express Glass - $1,740 + GST

(Quotes attached)

I would recommend accepting the quote from Express Glass

If committee members could please provide their approval.
