Hello Greg,
I know Unplugged are the plumbing company we regularly use, however, it
would be a good idea for us to have a price comparison from another one or
two as well. Would you kindly organize this.
Altair on Kings Cross Rd, use Murray M'Clerie Plumbing (Ph: 0411 071 571)
while OMNIA use Forrester & Johnson (Ph: Ben at 0412 989 180. Both companies
come highly recommended.

Did we receive any other quotes to do this basic temporary repair? This
problem in 602 has been there for several weeks now i.e. sometime since the
problem first started. It's always good to receive multiple quotes so just
wondering if we have any others to compare to?
You are correct, this will be an enormous job to find where the crack/s
is/are on level 7 east. It will have to include pressure testing the deck,
with dye

Please note that Unit 602 are currently experiencing significant leaks into
their bedroom.
The overall repair is related to the membrane above the ceiling which will
be a long and expensive repair, however to mitigate the damage in the
meantime Unplugged have attended and provided the attached quote to install
a drip tray and run a pipe through the ceiling and into the bathroom.
Please confirm your approval to proceed with the attached quote.
