Did we receive any other quotes to do this basic temporary repair? This problem in 602 has been there for several weeks now i.e. sometime since the problem first started.  It's always good to receive multiple quotes so just wondering if we have any others to compare to?

You are correct, this will be an enormous job to find where the crack/s is/are on level 7 east. It will have to include pressure testing the deck, with dye

Please note that Unit 602 are currently experiencing significant leaks into their bedroom.

The overall repair is related to the membrane above the ceiling which will be a long and expensive repair, however to mitigate the damage in the meantime Unplugged have attended and provided the attached quote to install a drip tray and run a pipe through the ceiling and into the bathroom.

Please confirm your approval to proceed with the attached quote.
