Please see below from MJ Engineering in relation to involving Edyco in the
tender process, please confirm if you approve the additional rates as below.
Further, we are due to convene your AGM however I will wait until we have
the quotations from MJ Engineering so we can include on the AGM agenda. The
builders are due to submit their tenders to MJ Engineering by mid June, and
following that it will take about a week for MJ to prepare their tender
analysis for the committees review.

* As per our discussion on site, we have only allowed for MJ's
selective contractors to tender for this project. Having said that, I will
be more than happy to include any contractors recommended by the OC to this
tender process after we have conducted our due diligent assessment of the
contractor. MJ Onboard form will need to be sent Edyco as well as further
crucial checks of the company will need to be carried out prior to inviting
Edyco to tender for this project.
* Could you kindly provide Greg's email and contact number so I could
commence with the assessment.
* Our hourly fees would be billed to conduct our due diligence to
onboard Edyco. Please provide approval and contact details so I can commence
this process immediately.

Hello Mark,
When you walked through several apartments with myself and some contractors
2 weeks ago. I mentioned to you at the time that we had used a company which
had provided exceptional service for us in the past - Edyco Building and
Construction Pty Ltd. You said that you would contact them to include them
as part of the tender process. Since I met you 2 weeks ago, the owner, Greg
Tobjian, still hasn't heard from you.
Edyco have helped the Marquis Apartments get through some major issues with
water encroachment and repairs. This past Tuesday they were immediately
available to help with an emergency situation the building had after tiles
had fallen from the ceiling and wall which faces 200 William Street. Greg
Tobjian was contacted by our building manager, Greg Newton, and immediately
drove to our building. Edyco's team then arrived to take down extra tiles
which were literally hanging loose, ready to fall onto the footpath and in
front of the No Birds office.
As a courtesy for all the help/works Edyco have provided our building over
the years, would you please follow through and contact Greg Tobjian to offer
Edyco an opportunity to quote for the upcoming rust and cladding repairs on
our building.
