Hi All,
  I has 20 minutes  this morning and created a levy calculator. .  This is not advice. Im not an accountant, strata manager or lawyer so dont make any decisions based on it. 

 But it should be accurate except for the amount that the commercial strata has to pay which I have no idea how to calculate and will need Sarah's help on.   

Use the following link to show a special levy calculator. Enter your LOT number (Not your unit number - your lot number is on the strata plan or also printed on your door in small lettering)   Then enter in the number of car spaces you have or 0 if you have none.  Click Submit and the calculator will return what your special levy should be for Option 1,2 or 3.  It's simple and should work on any platform (even your phone)

We can either convene a committee meeting to discuss the tenders or if the committee are comfortable we can proceed straight to an AGM and put forward the engineers recommended tender.

 

We also need to discuss funding and this can be either via a special levy or strata loan or both.
