Please have a read through and let me know if you have any questions.

 

We can either convene a committee meeting to discuss the tenders or if the committee are comfortable we can proceed straight to an AGM and put forward the engineers recommended tender.

 

We also need to discuss funding and this can be either via a special levy or strata loan or both.

 

Please let me know your feedback and whether you would like to convene a committee meeting to discuss.
