Hi Paul,

The date you are referring to is the closing date for tender, being 7.07.24. That is the closing date that the builders had to submit their tenders to the engineers for review and tender analysis.

Sarah,

Initial observation without having had time to digest this , is the expiration of tender date is noted 7/07/24, obviously an oversight.

I imagine we will need a meeting with the engineer in attendance so that we might ask questions, possibly submitted in advance .
