It states out the front of Hermetica flowers.  That's the lane opposite the carpark. Just like when they block it with events they have from time to time.

They do not have a DA as an event space.  They are a flower shop if we open the door to this it will become an Instagram Event space and a massive can of worms.    It's bad enough that they block the lane with their vans all the time and park in the no stopping  almost daily.    There must be free an unobstructed access to our car park.  I dont want to have to wait to ask some traffic controller to move a car when im in a hurry.  Why should we be inconvenienced  at all ?   They are making money out of this.  Charging for use of our carpark entry.  It doesnt make any sense for us to agree in my opinion.

Hello!

Thanks for taking my call earlier today regarding 200 William Street, Woolloomooloo. I believe the best contact is Sarah who is the Strata Manager of the building.

I wanted to notify you of our upcoming social content shoot scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 23rd July 2024, organised by Studio Ahwa in collaboration with VW Australia.

Shoot Details:

  1.  Date: Tuesday, 23rd July 2024
  2.  Time: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
  3.  Location: Brougham Lane, Woolloomooloo

During this shoot, we will be capturing content featuring a VW T-Cross vehicle parked in front of Hermetica Flowers.The City of Sydney council requires a temporary lane closure on Brougham Lane for this to take place. This will be managed by licensed traffic controllers, to ensure safety and minimal disruption to the surrounding area.

We know that this may cause inconvenience however, we have implemented measures to mitigate these impacts and ensure smooth operations throughout the shoot. This is a very low impact shoot with only 7 people on set. We will be sure to allow any residents to access their driveway and can easily move the car out of the way as our setup will be very minimal.

In order to go ahead, we need a confirmation of 'no objections' to this activity. We ideally need this by Monday next week to allow for enough time for our permit application to go through.
