$3,200 + GST per balcony is ridiculous. I hope our plumber, because of our long relationship, can do much better.

Hi all,
The engineers have returned from the break and have sent the attached pricing schedule for approval. Given the value, I am seeking directions from the EC before approving it for the BMC.
I have also asked Greg to get a quote for the flood testing from our plumber as I'm sure they have been done previously for way less than $2k. So I will report back regarding that.
