They also loiter on our fire escape to take photos. One day someone is going to drive around the blind corner and run into one of them.   The issue i have with the spraying (not withstanding the environmental ones) is that they dont stop even when your driving past. If those droplets end up on your car it will wreck the paint.  The only issue to look out for is they do have a lease on that street from council but it starts where the old gates used to be.  So They do have some rights up that end.  I think it comes up for renewal next year which I think we should protest which we have the right to at the time.   It's use case has changed dramatically from what it was when it was AVIS as they used it for overnight car parking.  It's now a work space with chemicals and plant matter. There's even HVAC equipment mounted in the space. Very different use to what the space was requested for.
