It's unfortunate the fee was high however that primarily had to do with the
fact that the repairs were over a weekend period. I'm okay to go ahead with
paying this account.

Hello,

 

I hope you're well.

 

There has been an electrical fault in the building over the weekend the
tenant has had to call a tradesmen to attend they have found one of the
circuits down stairs had failed please see attached invoice.

 

Was this able to be refunded to the tenant ?
