I have received the below request from the managing agent of Unit 306, requesting if the tenant can be reimbursed for such expense.

The repairs do indeed fall under common property.

Please confirm if you agree to our office reimbursing the tenant.

Hello,

I hope you're well.

There has been an electrical fault in the building over the weekend the tenant has had to call a tradesmen to attend they have found one of the circuits down stairs had failed please see attached invoice.

Was this able to be refunded to the tenant ?
