Based on the following from Greg, would you please provide dates for either
an EGM to finalize this matter. I will be overseas from February 21 through
April 19.
Sarah, you have the quotes and pictures from both myself and Greg for
frame/door replacements.

Dear Commitee Members and Sarah, I hope you are all well.
I attended unit 601 yesterday to inspect the sliding doors in the loungeroom
and kitchen as the owner has previously reported them hard to open. (Thank
you, Craig, for allowing me access)
I note the following from what I found
* Both doors took some effort to open and weren't sliding as easily as
they should be
* The frame on the door in the loungeroom is clearly narrower at the
top then it is at the bottom
* The frame on the door in the kitchen is clearly narrower at one end
then the other
BFMS has looked at the doors previously as have door specialists.
I can not comment on whether the doors need to be replaced or repaired as I
am not qualified to do so.
If anyone needs me to resend any quotes or information please let me know.

Hello Sarah and committee,
Thank you for the email suggesting a visit by the EC members to my home,
however, we must rely on the experts in this matter. I first raised this
matter back in December 2022 and the problem still has not been finalized.
Experts in this area have visited my home and provided their reports, which
everyone has read.
Today, I spoke with Greg, our building manager, and he has agreed to
organize his schedule to visit my home and report back to the committee.
