Our office is in the process of preparing the special by-law for Craig using our by-law templates (and at cost to Craig), the special by-law will include all of the specs for the bi-fold/french doors in the quote prepared by Craigs supplier.

The by-law will essentially say that the doors to be installed will remain the owners responsibility for any ongoing repairs and maintenance.

If anyone would like to review the pictures, reports and quotes again, for apartment 601, Sarah has them. Additionally, Sarah also has the pictures and video for apartment 403.

In my home, apartment 601, I am requesting French doors leading from the kitchen to the balcony in order to provide more through breeze from outside, into the apartment, and I’m happy to pay for the difference between the sliding doors quote and the French doors quote.

I have received a request from Craig to convene an EGM prior to the 21st Feb in order to approve his special by-law for French doors to be installed to his apartment, as well as approve the quote for the replacement of the sliding doors.

Can the committee please confirm if you wish to proceed with this EGM, I will need majority of the committee to agree in order to convene the meeting.
