Hi Sarah,

Just on the quotes, so we have all of the information, I understand we still have the option to replace only the rollers and realign the doors? From memory this was a much cheaper option than full door replacement.

This option is still available for the committee to vote on?

Then if Craig wished, he could pay the difference from that price to upgrade his doors, subject to approval.

I have received a request from Craig to convene an EGM prior to the 21st Feb in order to approve his special by-law for French doors to be installed to his apartment, as well as approve the quote for the replacement of the sliding doors.

Can the committee please confirm if you wish to proceed with this EGM, I will need majority of the committee to agree in order to convene the meeting.
