Dear Committee's,

At AscendCorp Strata, our team are constantly striving to ensure transparency and that we have the latest technology available to our owners to assist with providing your buildings financial information 24/7.

We are excited to let you know that Stratafy have now launched Live Financials on the Owners Portal.

You can access the portal anytime through our website - then simply click on OWNERS PORTAL button. https://www.ascendcorp.com.au/

*** Please note in order to login to the owners portal, you must already have a verified account with our office. If you have forgotten your password please let me know.

Once you log into the portal on your PC, please follow the following instructions:


  *   Click on documents tab on the left hand side
  *   Once this page opens, on the right hand side you will find a pink button that says LIVE FINANCIALS - click on this button
  *   This page will show you statistics as well as current cash at bank.
  *   Scroll to the bottom of the page and you can also access all current reports which are automatically updated every 24 hours.

LIVE FINANCIALS will replace financial reports manually being uploaded to the documents file moving forward.

Please note that Live Financials can only be accessed through the owners portal on a PC, it is not available through the App.

If you have not yet downloaded the App to be verified so you can access the owners portal, please contact me separately and our team are happy to assist you.
