Hi Matt,

 

Clearly there was something not working properly with the list. John replied individually because he told me he hadn’t received the group email.  Kylie has now confirmed she has just received the group email I sent out this morning, asking for confirmation of receipt.

 

All good hopefully now and we’ll all receive the group emails!

Hi Craig,
 There is nothing wrong with the mail list. Kylie sent an email from a different email address then Sarah had given me and it was temporary held until i manually verified it. . I think John replied individually and not to the group.  I added a conformation email so people can confirm easily if their email was accepted.

Hi All,
 I have changed the configuration on the email list so it will send a conformation email if you successfully send an email into the list.   A user was unsure if their email was delivered or not and this will serve as a type of conformation.
