Subject: EXT - 200 William Street - Damage

Hi Mate,

As discussed on the phone on Friday night I was out drinking and my drink was spiked with an unknown drug and I have no memory's of the night after about 9pm. I was locked out of the apartment I was staying in (unit ***) in my underwear and lost my temper. A resident on level 1 allowed me to stay on there couch until the next morning and provided me with tracksuit bottoms and a shirt.

I called to come forward this morning for the damage to the door closer in the garbage room and to the lift and am happy to pay for the invoices for repair.

My deepest apologies for my actions while under the influence on this unknown drug. I would like to assure you that this behaviour will not happen again.
