Hi All,

I am very sorry to hear of what has occurred on Friday night.

I am escalating this with BFMS immediately, a representative from their team should have absolutely attended on Saturday (at an additional cost) to review the CCTV and assist with the damage, and their contract allows for this.

I will speak with Tony at BFMS and ensure moving forward we have a plan in place so that BFMS can attend immediately to assist.

I will keep everyone updated.

I think it’s times like this where we should act on these matters, and have someone come immediately, to check the video. We don’t know if/how this may escalate in any way with the people involved and we can’t put anyone in the building at risk.

We could ask them to check it straight away, but that would incur a cost im not sure if  48 hours would make a lot of difference in this case. If the case were more urgent we could ask William to come in after his normal hours.  The police report i think in this case is more about our insurance claim.

Just a quick security update. With some developments overnight. It seems that there was some sort of domestic altercation last night on level 1 which may or may not be related to some vandalism of the building.
The lift buttons and wall were damaged on G. The Garbage room door was damaged and lift car number one was damaged and rendered inoperable.

Police visited today and spoke to William on the phone. William is coming back Monday to get them CCTV so they can investigate. The lift people have been and fixed the lift car 1 and returned it to service. I will make sure Sarah is contacted Monday regarding an insurance claim.
