Hi Kylie,
Sounds good I'm not able to attend though. I'm flat out leading up to the telecommunications industry embargo (this is the busiest time of my year) and I have also been roped into some urgent industry work for the government. Once the embargo starts, I'm back and forth to Hammo, so don't try to work around me. It would be very unlikely I will have 10 spare minutes in Sydney until 2024.

If everyone is happy to do a whole building Xmas drinks and we can agree on a date then I’m happy to do the Xmas flyers invite and put them around the lift area.

I do agree that including everyone creates a sense of community and meeting the tenants would help reduce any future problems (ie: damage to lift panels etc etc).
