[200WILLIAM-EC SP67851] Planning Submission for SP 20087- D/2022/139 - 164-172, 174-194 William Street WOOLLOOMOOLOO NSW 2011 - 'Stage 1 concept/envelope proposal'

Hi Paul,

Craig is leading that one. Im sure he can bring you up to date with
those details.  From my understanding of the plans for vehicle  access
(from the DA) they will not directly impact us once construction is
finished as the driveway is going to be in Forbes St. There was talk of
re-opening the lane that runs through the middle of the property however
it was going to be a pedestrian only lane so will not help our already I
think fairly bad traffic to access our building.  Essentially two paths
from the east which are blocked daily by traffic queues on the ED.

The people from the new building will I guess have to do the same via
Woolloomooloo or Crown St as we do to come from the east. But wont have
to queue for William st like we do.  It  will add even more traffic on
that loop however.  But compared to the ED traffic I guess that's a drop
in the ocean.  The biggest impact is to view for people on the western
side.  Which will range from partial changes to total loss.  Again Craig
did a great job at heading this one up. So I will leave the details to him.

Matt.
