Hi Craig,

  Thanks for the update. Arnold is selling the property. So he has no 
interest in the development. In any case  i would not discuss it with 
Arnold as it does not really concern him also Arnold is not part of the 
Residential mailing list  as the BMC list is separate. Im quite by the 
book with these sorts of things. In the same way i dont discuss 
commercial matters concerning the BMC with residential members.

   I guess regarding the site  it's more appropriately called the "No 
Birds site"  rather then the No Birds development.  To be clear Arnold 
and his brother are not the developer or anything to do with the new 
development they are selling the  site to developers I think they settle 
very shortly (perhaps already have) from my memory of the timeline.
