Thanks for update Matt,

FYI  I was again on the phone to Marie at STM this morning, she is polite and helpful but equally frustrated having frequently asked their accountants to contact me, plus she asked their head honcho to respond several times, he hasn’t.

Quite the most extraordinary firm. 

I think I might have mentioned going over there and meeting with a charming and helpful new guy named Sailesh, he promised to assist, returned calls , then silence, seems he was too nice and no longer working there.
