Hi All,

  Another update. I just got off the phone with Ryan from Ascend who 
gave me a call.  He has had no luck at all levels talking to STM.  He is 
going to head over to St Leonards office of STM where he thinks the 
paperwork may be and he is going to just camp out their until they give 
him our paperwork.    His words were that he has never seen strata so 
bad between industry contacts (that we know).  So with some luck there 
should be some movement today.

What a mess.
