How do people and businesses become so dismissive these days of how they should act? So fed up with those people in this world who don't even have the courtesy to respond to basic emails.

  Quick update I got an update from Ascend today. They have still been unable to get any response from STM.  They are going to visit this afternoon and see if they can get anyone attention.

Good to know it's not just us they ignore i guess.  I will keep you all informed.
