  Please join with me in welcoming Sarah Walmsley our soon to be new Strata manager for  the BMC and Residential Strata.  Arnold is just finishing off his side of the paperwork for the BMC and then Sarah will forward our official notice to STM.  I will let Sarah fill us in on the steps from there.

Sarah you can email the mail list by sending your email to ec at 200william.com You may get a bounce back on your first email as I need to approve new posts. But just ignore it when i see the post I will approve it and it will then go directly to the list from that point.

The current members of the EC are
Me  Matt Perkins - secretary
Craig Laforest.
Paul Mooney.
Matt Guy.

We don't currently have a chair as our former chair sold out. Paul Mooney has taken his place on the EC I will forward to you the minutes for that EC meeting so you also have them and everything is formal. We have only had one EC meeting and the EGM since STM gave up so that should be the only paperwork you will need other then the STM things.
