Hi All,

  Please find attached the minutes from last nights meeting.  Im going 
to hold off sending them to STM until I have finished the paper meeting 
for the BMC just in case they decided to stop paying bills or something 
and we are caught in limbo.  Im sending that paperwork to Arnold now so 
with luck he will sign and return over the weekend.
