Hi EC,

It's a pity this report didn't come in prior to last night's meeting as the
question about our financial situation could have been addressed. However,
we now have it.

 

Re the LOT BALANCE REPORT -  Some apartments/lots are listed with positive
amounts and a couple with negative amounts.  For example, lot 37 shows -135;
lot 38 shows +7679.27. Matt G - can you explain this please? 

 

Also, the RECEIPTS REPORT - are these the apartments which have paid from
Mar01 - 09 the levies for the March - May quarter? It's a little ambiguous.
