Hi All,

  I have done some quick math and with the proxys returned and 
Matt,Matt,Paul,Craig we will have over 3000 units. So the meeting will 
have no problem going ahead. Please insure you are all financial as non 
financial owners are not entitled to vote.   But all looking good for 
the night.  I think i have all the paperwork i need to make it a bit 
easier for me. As i will need to do a proper roll on the night. I have 
seen enough strata managers do that over the years so I think I have all 
the i's dotted.
