$3120 P/A does not sound to bad for the service to me. I know at 350 
George we are paying a lot more then that.  If we go ahead I think we 
should  wait until after Ascend take over as im sure they wont get paid 
if we do it before Ascend are fully established and have control of the 
bank accounts.

As to the meeting. The meeting is an EGM and would not normally agree to 
day to day expenses like what are suggesting here. It would be done an 
an EC meeting.  There are no EC meetings scheduled but once we have the 
EGM I suggest we schedule an EC meeting with Sarah from ascend so we can 
go through everything with her.  We could put it on the agenda for that 
meeting.

But I think you have got a good deal Craig and im in agreement we should 
go ahead even though im usually fairly tight with accounts, I think it 
makes a nice difference to reception and is wroth it.
