Hi All,

  I have the details regarding the Quorum for the EGM.  If 25% of the 
total number of lots are at the meeting we have a quorum.  So we would 
need owners representing 21 lots to start the meeting. If we do not have 
21 lots we can switch to units of entitlement. Which we would need to 
total again 25% so 2500 entitlement units. If we dont meet the 2500 
units then we can wait 30 minutes and then the chair can decided there 
is enough people reasonably present to start the meeting. It get's a bit 
murky at that point But generally speaking the chair can then take into 
account the units of entitlement of proxys held and continue the meeting 
or adjourn the meeting for 7 days when at that point even if a quorum is 
not present the meeting can continue after 30 minutes.

I have already had two proxy's returned with votes in favor of the 
change so im fairly confident we will meet the critieria even if we do 
have to wait 30 minutes.  I suspect we might even have 21 lots I have 
had a number of phone calls indicating people will be coming.

might be interested to know he is taking STM to fair trading over what 
he is calling fraudulent fees on his strata bill.
