Hi All,

  Notifications have gone out for the EGM and Darren will be putting 
letters under doors of owners that live in the building tomorrow. Plus 
the notice board.  Which should cover everyone I hope.  It's important 
that we get enough owners to the meeting so as to get a quorum so if you 
see any owners please remind them to come to the meeting or fill out the 
proxy form.

If we do not reach a quorum I think we are required to adjourn the 
meeting for 7 days and then we can go with a reduced number. I will 
double check the rules with Ascend before the meeting to be sure we  are 
following the correct procedure. I was talking to Sarah who will become 
our new strata manger if we go ahead with Ascend Yesterday at a meeting 
of another committee and she is excited to be coming on board.
